Today, all roads will lead to Sheraton Hotel Kampala for the Vintage and Classic auto show. Entrance fee is 10,000/-. Car lovers and enthusiasts will be at the venue early enough and the weather is sunny which is ideal for viewing. Models on display will be ranging from 1988 downwards.
Some vintage cars were seen breaking down around Shell-Bukoto where they had been taken for fueling. Car lovers who were late last night enjoying the World Cup qualifier game between Brazil and Colombia will have to wake up early enough to catch the action at the Sheraton Gardens.
This year, the public will be voting for the 'Most Appealing Guest Car'. Cars that are not vintage but are a crazy sight to look at will also be there like Desh Kananura's orange Audi Q7 that was turned into a pick-up from a Kampala garage.
