Uganda's Mark Stel (21) is an RnB artist based in the US. He sings like Chris Brown, dances like Usher Raymond. Mark is currently on holiday in Uganda and by end of this month, he will be heading back to the US after releasing a Luganda song.
No doubt, the Bad Girl singer has enjoyed his holiday and also combed several radio and TV stations talking about his music and dancing. He started singing at the age of 14.
