Eddy Kenzo has apologized to his fans following the nasty incident in which he thumped a journalist to pulp. The Sitya Loss singer while appearing on NTV The Beat maintained that he will not apologize to Isaac Katende aka Kasuku.
"I lived on the street for many years and people used to fight each other to survive. I never fought anyone. I even never fought in school, you can ask any of the people that I grew up with. I have not fought in 15 years. I am sorry for this and I ask Ugandans, Africa and fans world over to forgive me."
"Ask any of my ex-girlfriends, you know them, I have never beaten anyone of them. Ask my baby mama, I have not beaten her. I am not a violent person,"
"Kasuku has been defaming me for two years. He asked for 500,000shs to promote my music some time back after my successful show and I told him that I don’t have money. From that day, he has hated me and promised to bring me down. I will not apologize to him."
Meanwhile, Kasuku's phone has been ringing non stop and in his words he says: "I have realised why celebs do stunts...the way my fone has been ringing since yesterday, if it was a concert, this was going to be a success."
In a few minutes from now, the Kasuku live show on 90.4 Dembe FM will be on. It should be noted that in the previous versions, they've always introduced the topic of the day way before it starts, but this time around, they are silent about the topic. No doubt, the whole show could as well be dedicated to Eddy Kenzo after all.
