Jolly beating up a helpless little girl

Jolly has been remanded to Luzira prison till December 08, 2014.

You can call them house helpers, nannies, maids and in our very own case house girls or whatever the case may be, but before you think of bringing one to your house, you should have explored all alternatives.

Yesterday, so many parents were seen rushing home just to check on their little ones after getting a shock of their lives. A video of a nanny beating up a little girl went viral on social networks. The 01:57 sec vid  had the nanny and the little girl seated on a leather sofa feeding as they watched telly.

You need patience and understanding while feeding children, but this cruel woman who was baby sitting this child is one of a kind. She first unleashed slaps to the little girl for not eating, then forced the food down and moments later, the little girl was throwing up.

This was when the maid threw her violently on the floor and started whooping her with a strong object several times as the helpless little girl cried. The maid did not stop at that but continued kicking and stepping the girl who at one time behaved like she was blacking out, but that could not stop the maid from unleashing her wrath. The video ends after the nanny has taken the girl to the washroom, but even there, Jolly continued with the beating.

According to a source that talked to the dad (who installed the CCTV in his sitting room and could monitor the recordings from his office) she did more cruel things as seen from the10-hour-footage recording.

On Monday, most employers will notice a shortage of staff with claims ranging from the MTN Marathon fatigue, but most importantly, it will be the trauma from the clip especially those that suspect the same could be happening to their children.

Apparently, the dad of the one-year-old rushed home and beat up the maid very badly and also threw her out of the house after noticing what was happening to his daughter. Later, the nanny with the help of women lawyers and police came to arrest him, but when he called for his laptop to retrieve the video, they were all left in shock.

The case is being handled by the Nakawa Magistrate court and the maid (Jolly) has been remanded to Luzira prison till December 08, 2014.

A full medical report for the child was expected today, but the preliminary findings revealed that the child was fairly okay as they continue to monitor the internal organs.
