Responding to a post by Karim (Zari's young brother), who seems to be disturbed by his BIG sister dating someone as young as him.
In his post yesterday, Karim wrote: "You are ashaming us, how can you date a boy my age. You moved from one man to another in less than 3 days."
Zari was quick to respond though she maintained that it was not Karim behind that post. "Diamond is just a friend of mine. It's never been written that female and male can't be friends, it's just the backward people that use that kind of perspective to blow things out of proportion."
Wema Sepetu, Diamond Platnumz lover is equally not happy with the 'business' between Zari and her better half, the same way Karim has decided to shout it out.
Zari is nine years older than Diamond Platnumz but the two have been cozy lately, something many treat as unusual. Zari had reunited with Ivan after dumping Farouk, but like her brother puts it, ''from one man to another in 3 days'', she is now with Diamond Platnumz.
The Tanzanian Bongo Flavor star has already introduced Zari to his mom. Platnumz, his mom and Zari took photos at the awarding event in South Africa. The couple was last cited at the Channel O Music Video Awards where Platnumz made Tanzania proud by taking home three awards.
These are some of the responses from Zari's sister, Ashurah and King Lawrence who happens to be more than a brother to Zari's on and off hubby, Ivan ssemwanga.
