Shantal - Got a feeling it was mistaken identity, mbu politics really? What a lame excuse! Most of the times I'm always talking soccer and celebrities here, smh! I will be fine I know! Recently on the 23rd of Dec, I was poisoned.. Spent the whole of that Christmas week at the hospital, never posted about it coz am someone who doesn't like sharing my personal life on social, only my parents and a few close relatives know about it. I even had to temporarily deactivate my facebook, a few people noticed! I thought I was gonna die, and now this? Something is just not right smh! This world is evil."
"This is what happened to me last night, I've always known my outspokenness could get me in trouble one day but not in this way, can't say much right now," Shantal wrote while sharing pics of her swollen nose and upper lip.
Socialite Shantal Ruby was attacked last night by three men who thumped her to pulp and as they were at it, they told her not to post anything political on social networks.
"Mbu I shouldn't give my opinion about some matters, this country is a joke, I have never even shown any sides when talking politics, why would anyone assume, " Shantal added.
One made a comment insinuating that she must have encroached on someone's hubby, but responding from her bed, she wrote; "My political views have got me in trouble, not my 'whoring' ways."
Others have since linked this to the various facebook wars she's been having with different people.
"I'm not a political activist and will never be .. I don't know how my innocent posts could get on anyone's nerve...", she wondered.
