Nigerian actor Muna Obiekwe dead

Muna Obiekwe died yesterday afternoon after battling with kidney related problems which he had kept a secret from his friends in the Nigerian entertainment industry. Muna was rushed to Festac hospital on Monday morning after he was found vomiting. He was pronounced dead by doctors on arrival.

Until this morning, it was not clear if the actor was dead because a Twitter handle that was earlier believed to be his was communicating something completely different, that he was alive.

"@MunaObiekwe: WTF! How can someone joke with an issue of death, pls o everyone I’m alive and well by His grace..Don’t know where they got it From."
