Roger Mugisha's journey on radio has ended

World Radio day was held yesterday. It's a day about celebrating radio and Roger Mugisha dedicated the dat to fallen comrades.

"Today (13.Feb.2015) is world Radio day! I would like to salute all the people who do this job. Uganda's 251 stations list would be too lengthy, however you can share your radio moments here.I am glad to have met and worked with so many talented people in Sanyu FM 96-99, Capital FM 99-2004, KFM 2005-2015."

"It's the most addictive job in the world. Even when I become CEO of Google I will still do a radio gig. I dedicate today to all our fallen comrades in the business. Dj Ronnie, Allan cantankerous, Bob Bashabe, Dj Berry, Dj Bruno, Lydia, and others (RIP). Lets train the next generation. Happy Radio DAY!"

One of his ardent followers before he resigned had this to say;

"I am celebrating these guys who made listening to radio such a great joy during the 90s. Roger Mugisher, RS. Elvis, Rasta Rob, Yusuf E.E, Bangi, Irene Ochwo, Brenda Zobbo, Jean, Alex Ndaula, Peter Ssematimba. Probably the best radio presenters Uganda will ever produce."
