Studio 256 actress and NTV Be My Date host, Anita Fabiola Kyalimpa, has been evicted after defaulting on rent. The actress was notified that she is no longer wanted at the Kiwatule based apartments through an eviction notice copied to Kira road police.
"After pleading with Anita Fabiola of NTV for a long time to vacate my apartment on failing to pay rent for three months.......I'm writing to you to come and remove her property..I have another tenant,' The eviction notice read in part.
A week back, movers showed up at the apartment and removed all her belongings. The plan to get Fabiola evicted had been in the works for months.
For the past two months, she has been sneaking in past midnight and leaving before 4:00am. A few weeks back, the landlord kept at the premises waiting for the curvy TV star to show up but on spotting the landlord, she left her car and used a boda-boda that sped off towards Ntinda side.
The landlord, Mania Azza, was left with no choice but to serve her with the eviction notice through the LC Chairman, Sezibwa Zone.
On the night before the set date for eviction, Anita turned up with a Sahara pick-up that was used to move her property to some unknown location. There was a bit of an exchange with the landlord. Inside the house, unwashed plates, rotten tomatoes and left over food welcomed the movers.
"I'm a socialite. I don't want these things out of here, this is my private life. If I dare see anything in the papers, I will show you who I am, I'm connected," Fabiola told off the landlord.
