The Ekitone singer, Desire Luzinda, is in the UK. She landed at Heathrow airport last Thursday. It's too cold for her that she has spent most of the time in the sheets. "UK weather got me stuck in bed," She tweeted. Hmmm..may be if she had put on some clothes, she could not get stuck in bed, she could probably be in the hotel lobby chilling with some of her fans.
With torrential rain and a bit of snow expected in parts of Britain, it's not surprising that the Ekitone singer is feeling that way, but behaving as though she is in her Wandegeya flat only makes matters worse.
Desire will on Saturday, Mar 28 join Afrigo Band for their 40th Anniversary performance at The Royal Regency Hotel, Manor Park. She has not been able to rehearse due to the bad weather, not even moving around hoping that the weather will improve.
The bulk of her fans, mostly male are seen flocking to the hotel where the singer is residing for autographs and photo moments, but the weather has continued to affect them.
Since November last year, Desire has been very busy with hardly any time to herself. Two weeks back, she was in Congo Brazaville, and then, she was at the fundraising drive for the Kabaka Marathon before travelling to UK for a performance slated this Saturday.
