Just a day after Kenzo made us proud, Jose Chameleone has also been nominated for the MTV 2015 MAMA Evolution award joining Bebe Cool as the second Ugandan to be nominated in the MAMA 2015 awards. Bebe Cool has been nominated in the category of Video of the Year for his song Love You Everyday directed by Clarence Peters. Chameleone's category is tight as he is battling with top shots in the music industry, but we trust he will make it just like Eddy Kenzo did in the just concluded Black Entertainment awards provided you vote for him on mama.mtv.com/voting or to vote o instagram or twitter, one should use the hashtag #Evolutionchameleone. Other artistes nominated in the 2015 MAMA Evolution awards are; 2 Face Idibia, P-Square, ASA, D'Banj all from Nigeria, Fally Ipupa (DRC), Samini from Ghana, Anselmo Ralph (Angola), Black Coffee and HHP from South Africa. "The MAMA Evolution award honours established artists who have made an indelible mark on African and global music culture, taken African music to new territories around the world, pushed the boundaries of creativity, and shaped the soundscape of contemporary Africa," Tim Horwood a Director with MTVBase said. The awarding event will be on July 18 at KwaZulu Natal. It's more than two weeks of voting, we could see this coming our way just like the other one...
