Juliana Kanyomozi and Nigeria's Mr. Flavour Mash-up song in the Coke Studio Africa season 3 episode has been voted the top song, it will now feature on the Coke Studio Africa Album. The show run by Coca-Cola and Kenya Airways is not competitive nor a talent search but instead, artists have teamed up to share creative musical knowledge and ideas.
A few days back, Juliana was appealing to her fans to vote for her Mash-up performance, but most local fans had promised not to vote for her because of her role in the Tubonga Naawe project, but this was not enough to stop her performance from making it to the next level, In fact, her performance with Mr. Flavour was rated the top song.
"Hey fam. Please don't forget to vote for me and Mr. Flavour in our mash up. Only your votes will get it to the cokestudio album. All you have to do is post these two hashtags on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram - #Song3 #CokeStudioAfrica, Asante Saana."
Your votes have paid off and the Kalibatanya singer is more than excited.
"Yessss..Thank you all the fans who voted for our mash up (Flavour and myself). It will be on the Coke Studio album, blessings."
According to the Coca Cola website, they say the show is about; "Two musicians, two countries, two songs. ONE BIG MASH UP.
