TV presenter Dave Kazoora Jr is celebrating 15 years of holding the microphone and he is still counting. "In 2002 I got my first breakthrough and started holding microphones on Jam Agenda little did I know it was the career I was chasing of course my girlfriend then was worried because my class-mates were getting good jobs in MTN, UBL, banks some had become lawyers and I was just a DJ and of course in-laws teasing her if she was going to marry a DJ, couldn't she find a lawyer or a general manager of some company..." "And wasn't sure about my journey wondering if I would be like my role models the likes of Big Ben, Raster Rob, RS Elvis, Fatboy, Alex Ndawula, Mitch, Peter Sematimba and Andrew Mwenda.. But hey 15 yrs still holding microphones and some of the so called mates of mine who had good jobs now want to be like us #PURPOSE" Dave was reminded that it's 13 years not 15 from 2002 but the Buddies TV production CEO said that the other two years, he was a back-up singer for Steve Jean. Kazoora studied a Masters in Documentary Production at the University of Salford (UK), was a presenter on WBS and KFM. His Buddies bar in Ntinda closed shop in 2013. Kazoora's Buddies TV production has taken him places, he is currently working on projects in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.
