Uganda Railways Corporation in partnership with Kampala Capital City Authority and Rift Vallet Railways have today announced the resumption of passenger rail services between Namanve and Kampala.
The train will operate four trips in a day at a cost of shs1500/- per trip. At 6:30am, the train will be departing from Namanve station to Kampala Station a journey that is expected to last approximately 40 minutes.
The train service will start this Monday, 7 December 2015.
