Cameroon Gitawo served with legal papers

Cameroon Gitawo real name Calvin Chris Mbibo has been slapped with legal papers over claims he stole shs77m belonging to SK Mbuga.

The legal papers are linked to the transaction between SK Mbuga and Cameroon Gitawo involving a BMW car that the latter sold but failed to deliver.

"It is within your knowledge that following a number of negotiations and communication between you and our client, you agreed to sell and deliver to our client a Motor Vehicle (BMW 640D Model) pursuant to which our client paid to you a total sum of Ug shs 77,000,000/- as consideration for the purchase of the said vehicle," the document from M/s Alaka & Co. Advocates read in part.

SK Mbuga called Gitawo regarding the sell but he was instead told to add more money. Matters were made worse when Gitawo resorted to taking pics with one of Mbuga's women claiming to have dated her for a while now and that he did not know they were an item.

The lawsuit seeks all the money from the sale refunded plus an additional shs10m as legal costs, short of that, the car delivered.
