President Museveni is still leading in the second provisional results released at 8:00am this morning by the Uganda Electoral Commission. It's now a two-man-race between the incumbent and his closest rival Dr. Kizza Besigye. There has been a 1.92% drop for the incumbent and a 1.07% increment for the closest challenger, but results from 21,562 polling stations are yet to be submitted.
Out of 2,323,927 votes, 116,804 were declared invalid while 6,158 were spoilt leaving 2,207,123 as valid votes.

Meanwhile, Comedian Kato Lubwama is leading Ken Lukyamuzi aka 'The Man' in the Lubaga South MP seat. Ken has held that seat for 15 years.
