Farouk Sempala's ex, Julia Kawalya, can now show off her behind after getting a Brazilian B.utt lift (BBL). The mom of two shared the first pics yesterday as she stepped out to go to church.

Her assets were covered in this orange dress that clearly showed off a huge depression on the left cheek. Looking at her behind, it looks average even after the multi-million operation. The New York based Ugandan babe promised her close pals that after the lift, she would have the biggest behind in the whole of East Africa. Well, this has always been her dream since she was sixteen, she is leaving it.

Meanwhile, one guy who wanted a piece of the Brazilian pack had it rough when he hit Julia's inbox with surfing requests...

"I am an adult and well aware women have to be hit on but,there is such a term as "disrespect", as a career girl mum of two hmmm, you better come correct. Now these are the same people who go around saying so and so wants me!
