Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has recalled a total of 186 cars to their Nakawa Headquarters before May 31, 2016. The vehicles have to be presented to the Assistant Commissioner Enforcement for verification. Failure to do so, the cars will be impounded on sight and the owners apprehended. Among the wanted cars are Pemba Sports Africa's maroon BMW X6 and businessman SK Mbuga's black BMW X6. The other customized registration number plate is 'CHEUNE5' owned by Muyanja Derrick Senyonga. The exercise is to help the authorities to determine if the said cars paid the actual tax and were imported genuinely in the country. The full list of the affected cars can be got off the URA facebook page. The affected cars are in the UAX...UAY series.
