Team No Sleep's Jeff Kiwa was a few days cleared of any involvement in the matter of an 8-year-old that was beheaded. The music promoter took to facebook to celebrate the moment away in a jumper with these words; 'Put Some Respek On My Name' something that Chameleone's eldest brother, Humphrey Mayanja, was quick to applaud. "Yes some Respek Da Brodda," Humphrey wrote in response to Jeff Kiwa's action. Today is Heroe's day in Uganda and some very close friends to AK47 who chose to honor him were disturbed that Humphrey was siding with Jeff Kiwa who did not do enough in helping the police to track down, Mumbere, a cleaner who witnessed what happened to AK47 minutes before his death. They went on to seek their mother's views on this development. Proscovia Mayanja was very bitter and this was her response in a recorded audio that is doing rounds online; "Hum what is this that you guys are involving yourselves into, it's bringing shame to us as a family. The biggest mistake you made was to show that Jeff is your very close friend, you could have done it on Whatsapp as opposed to Facebook. As a big brother, you could have kept a low profile." She went on to say; "Doesn't it surprise you that up to now Mumbere is still missing, I would advise that you pull down these messages from facebook." Humphrey who introduced Jeff Kiwa to the Uganda music industry, the reason they are close buddies is still stuck to his guns.."No one deserves to go to jail for a crime they didn't commit." Jeff is my friend and I'm not ashamed of my friends and I stand for what is right, he concluded. Many have been quick to remind him that blood is thicker than water while others have maintained that he is only seeking cheap popularity now that all his brothers are famous except him. "He is using the opportunity to become relevant," another added. Humphrey is the eldest but all his siblings ranging from Chameleone, Pallaso, Weasel are into music and so was the late AK47.
