Singers Iryn Namubiru and Lyto Boss are still in court over the Anjagala song. The two were yesterday attending a court session at The Commercial Court to find out who has the full rights to the song. Derrick Katongole aka Lyto Boss is the song writer but later decided to own it, unfortunately for him, Iryn had just paid for the very song through Catherine Kusasira. Iryn then launched the song as one of her latest, in fact, it was the only song she released last year. On hearing the song on the airwaves, Lyto Boss went on rampage something that led to his and Catherine's arrest. In set is Catherine Kusasira and Lyto Boss in the dock following the arrest on charges of obtaining money by false pretence, they were later released on bail. However, Lyto Boss vowed to pursue this matter to the very end, thus filing for a civil case in which he is demanding for Shs50M. Iryn insists she paid for the song through Catherine Kusasira and Lyto Boss says he received no penny for the song that is why he decided to make it part of the songs performed by him. The two parties now have three months to settle the matter amicably and failure to do so, court will have no option but to proceed with the case on September 29, 2016.
