Others watch in shock while some record the moment

On Thursday afternoon, a yet to be identified man fell off the Garden City building onto a parked car, he's now admitted at Mulago hospital nursing serious injuries.

It's the second fall from a building this month. Earlier on, a one Mustafa Kalule fell off the rooftop of Mabirizi Complex, he did not die and was recently discharged..However, one thing he remembers before jumping was a woman who saw him prepare to jump and she never uttered a word or make an attempt of stopping him from jumping.

He later apologized to all for the heinous act.

Mustafa is recuperating following the Mabairizi fall

In the past, it used to be the NSSF building that used to have similar incidents. In 2009, a man went to the building to follow up on his pension money but when he was told to check with the receptionist but instead opted on jumping from the 14th floor. In 2012, a young woman took her life from the very spot under unclear circumstances.
