Yesterday was the Kampala Carnival or city festival as it was hash tagged and for Winnie Nwagi, she learnt something new. Oh yes, her friend, Irene Ntale was the teacher here, she taught the Musawo singer how to broadcast live on facebook. While at it, Irene Ntale continued the live chat with fans who were enjoying every moment of Nwagi not having a clue of what facebook live was or how to go about it. This left the fans very amused.
"So we are live at the KCCA carnival [Nwagi] Ka light nga Kalungi...and we are about to perform...Winnie say Hi...are on Facebook live?"
Nwagi - "Bakikola batya? meaning...How do you go live on Facebook?"
Irene - "Go on your page....MEANWHILE ..say hi to the fans...[Winnie] .Im loving your love baby..Musawo..Hi Guys we going to be live at the Bell tent so you berrrer cum n join us.."
Minutes later, Winnie was seen enjoying the new service and occasionally k.issing the fans who were increasing every second of the live show...
Winnie who was clad in this black net outfit that left most of her male fans very excited was happy to have learnt something new, however, her not knowing how to use the facility and Irene Ntale innocently recording the moment away caused a stir among the fans.
"There's always the first time.." "And Irene just kept on recording..."It's no big deal to know how facebook live operates,,," were some of the posts by the fans...
