Businessman, SK Mbuga, is at war once again with the tax body for evasion of taxes. Mbuga who will be wedding his baby mama later this month had brought in the red interior Ferrari which was to be the highlight for their wedding, unfortunately, the posh ride won't be released anytime soon if Leila Kayondo's ex does not pay the right tax plus an earlier amount totaling to over Shs200M.

According to information from URA, Mbuga declared the posh ride as a 2012 model as opposed to 2011 as a way of trying to dodge envronment fee, but the officials were able to spot that. The response from URA is in retaliation to Mbuga's video on facebook in which he made wild allegations, this led to his arrest..
"Instead of availing the required information, Mr. SK Mbuga went ranting on Facebook without regard to following the appeals procedure. It should also be noted that Mr. Mbuga has another outstanding of Ushs 118,428,061 from a past fraudulently cleared vehicle vide entry no. C3381. He is yet to settle the taxes and offenses related to the case."
One close pal to SK tried to come to his rescue by letting them know that the man has evaded taxes to construct a hospital but the assessing officers were not taking any of that, in fact, the official responded to that claiming it was worse.."He is constructing a hospital from the money he would otherwise be paying in taxes and yet services at his facility won't be free.."
The officials were also taken on for making the matter public and this was their responce; "SK Mbuga publicly held the reputation of URA at ransom on facebook effectively misleading Ugandans about the facts relating to his car transaction.."
