The Easter weekend just started off on a good note as Morgan Heritage thrilled fans in Kampala with their reggae tunes.
For a moment, you could think you were in Kingston Jamaica. Several policemen and plain clothes security operatives were seen mixing with the crowd as the Royal Family performed some of their best Morgan Heritage songs.
The crowd went wild when their 1999 hit, 'Don't Haffi Dread' was being performed, arms in the air, smart phones recording the moment, babes standing right on top of their chairs as they felt 'irie' was the order of the moment.
The highlight of the moment was when Gramps Morgan told of how they met a one Ugandan while in Kenya and that Ugandan was none other than J-Chameleone, it was at that time that Chamili hit the stage working up the crowd amidst wild cheers, he did a reggae jam but with his husky voice, you could not tell which one but the fans loved it.
"It's been a long time, we've been longing to come to Uganda. We've been to Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Kenya....and not Uganda, but now we are here..." attracting wild cheers from the huge crowd.
Meanwhile, Jemere Morgan has one thing on his mind..'Ugandans love twitter...' he also wants to leave with a UG babe so his inbox is flooded with pics of hot Kampala babes wanting a piece of him.
