SK Mbuga was seen trying to walk, but you it's evident he has not fully healed

SK Mbuga tries walking, but still in pain

Businessman SK Mbuga is seen trying to walk without the support of clutches something that left some of his pals very concerned. Henry who was walking with him earlier in the day explained that it was not possible for him to walk with clutches now that his left arm and both legs were affected.

"He can't use clutches because his other arm was badly fractured too at the elbow joint. Meaning he has only one functional limb, that's the right arm. You can't use clutches with one arm when both legs are equally fractured. But for rehabilitative reasons, he has to make some movements to allow proper nerve re-development around the bones. He actually uses an electric wheelchair and his house has been modified with passage clamps to suit his movement ability. He has a visiting physiotherapist every other day. His rehabilitation plan is good."

Inset is the x-ray pic showing how the two legs were affected.
