The Obasinga star is in arrears of up to four months which totals to an outstanding balance of over 5million shillings. He's been given at least 30 days to vacate the premises. Ads"Our client regrets to inform you that he has terminated the tenancy between you and him for non-payment of rent as per the agreement which has been the case for over three years now. Please note that payment of the outstanding arrears will not redeem the tenancy herein terminated," Part of the letter from the landlord's attorney reads. The saxophonist is in talks with the landlord to sort the matter amicably. "At 1.3 why can't he buy his own house?" One asked. "One of the resons why people rent expensive houses is because they want to keep up apperances, a person like Katumwa is friends with big shots in the country and at times he may want to host them at his residence, who would host in a cheap or a shacky house somewhere in Kikuba Mutwe..."
