David Lutalo who was having his hair worked on was interrupted and he had this to say; "He came to me and I asked him to deal with my manager called Ivan, however, the date on which he wants me to perform, I will not be available. We are ready to refund his money if he cannot reschedule."
When the businessman heard that they want to refund only 40Million, he said it can't be, Don't I have a bank account where I can keep that money, did they think they were keeping it for me, they should pay 200million, because I ran adverts and booked the venue plus other related costs.
The two were advised to come back to police after failing to settle the matter amicably. David Lutalo also opened up another case against Kabanda for tarnishing his name.
This very businessman has had issues in the past with Abdul Mulasi and Gravity Omutuju, they ended up paying him.
