Uganda Police yesterday retrieved a body of a woman in one of the suburbs of Kampala stuffed in a bag which was dumped in a swamp.

Ten witchdoctors were arrested in the process including Moses Bogere who was last year arrested with a head of a dog claiming he was going to use it in his shrine. However police suspected he was going to sell it on the market in the guise of goats meat

Latest information on Bogere is that he died early this morning from injuries he sustained from a mob that almost took him out of action before police came to his rescue.

The body of the woman was discovered after a tip off by locals who first saw human legs in a pit latrine. According to Bogere, this woman was abducted from Bweyogere and taken to him for sacrifice.

Cases of human sacrifice have been on the increase lately something that has forced police to set up a special unit that deals with the crime.
