Developing Story: Other people joined the demonstration and what was a peaceful demonstration became chaotic and police swung into action to bring the situation to order. Places like Wandegeya, Nakulabye and Nalukolongo were having simultaneous strikes. All shops are closed, most of the roads down town are blocked and the only roads functioning are bumper to bumper and most people are walking back home. By 5:00pm the situation was back to normal though transport out of town is a problem. At least four people are confirmed dead as a result. One was killed at Mukwano arcade, another at cooper complex and then one at Elliot Inn in Nakulabye according to Radio reports. One person has been killed at one of the Caltex petrol stations.
