Jackie Chandiru - Oh my! Female artiste of the year? I'm not yet there but Iam glad I was nominated in that category. It means I can potentially be one. As far as nominations go, the awards were fine but it used to bother me that artistes got nominated in categories they shouldn't have been. Mun*G - There must have been a network problem and my fans messages ere not going through. The fans know the truth though. Navio - Exactly, I should have been nominated in that artiste of the year category or at least video of the year for 'Keep Moving'. Mith should have been in Hip Hop for his song 'Fire' and Mun*G really did well this year. I guess the fans opinion is all that matters. It is good a neutral Ernst & Young handled the auditing and voting issues not PAM organizers. Fans have the last say. Pastor Wilson Bugembe - Iam grateful to th fans because I did not expect to win anything this year. PAM Awards were fair and every winner deserved it. As for my category, Hilderman did well and Im happy for him because his song is good and I love it. He deserved to win by all means. Toniks - Well I guess anyone who knows what RnB is can see that I am the only artiste in Uganda who really is supposed to appear in that category. The other nominees have made good music but it is not R&B. Surely how can the same song be in R&B and Afro Beat categories? So is it R&B or Afro Beat? The bottom line is that 90% of Ugandan musicians are supposed to be in the same category and that is Afro Beat or Afro Pop. How can you put Tonik's 'That Gal' and Iryn Namubiru's Birowoozo, or Aziz Azion's ''Oxygen'' in the same category? Unless you have a hearing problem. GNL Zamba - Well I was not in the country for the awarding ceremony but basing on what I have heard and read in the papers, I think that whoever sponsors PAM awards dictates the winners. In the Hip Hop category that Iam interested in, Mun*G really deserved to win the two awards. Anyway, at the end of the day, there are always winners but there is always the next year for the losers. (Note: Snoops spotted GNL at the awards. Claiming he wasn't present is a lie). Radio & Weasel - We are putting all our focus on the MTV and Channel O awards. We don't care about PAM awards. Hilderman - I was very surprised because I did not expect to win. However personally Iam going by the public opinion and they say that the PAM was fair. Vampino - Ugandan music can never progress if awards of recognition are being given to the wrong people. Grace Nakimera - I am not going to lie. I do not know because I was not present at Lugogo for the awarding ceremony. My sister was wedding and I could not miss it for anything. OS* Suna - There was an element of unfairness at the PAM Awards this year but I don't care about the awards. The fact that I was nominated means Iam already a winner because my hard work is being recognized. Tuesday, May 17 2011

By now we are used to our local singers attacking each other either in songs or physically. Well. Biffing in the music industry is the in thing. Two local RnB stars, Tonix and Michael Ross are the latest in the biff industry. Close pals say Michael Ross is angered with the way Tonix goes around dissing his latest blockbuster hit ?Clothes Off'. Ross' close pal told us, "He goes around saying Michael's strokes are childish and they are for secondary school chaps being copied from Usher" But then Tonix also claims the ?clothes off' singer started it when he called his strokes in Yenze song were like those of a kid learning to crawl. Apparently the two nowadays don't see eye to eye. Tuesday, August 17 2010

He was spotted on Dewington road where he had packed the old machine. He looked excited like a kid on Christmas. Well those are the fruits of er...dating rich friends! Wednesday, December 16 2009
City Zip Puller and former model now Nalongo Judith Heard never stops to amuse. The mother of three who has had a strange relationship with Tonix was at it again but this time round with ruthless marathon live bonker and Goodlyfe singer Moze Radio at Club Silk during the unplugged of Tonix and Maurice Hassa. The pair kept on drolling at each other and sharing a glass of expensive champagne the whole night without a care that the whole club was watching. Judith who is officially attached to Dr. Heard and looks so starved nowadays must have had some good friendly feeling night long, for she kept on smiling from ear to ear, while deeply grasping Radio closer to her chest. But hey, Judith, be very very careful, for Radio is a dog that is known to bite with massive results that last nine months later. Judith, have you heard? Thursday, August 06 2009

Esther Nabaasa - The tusker project fame winner has finally kicked off her music career with a hot album out. We thought she had disapointed her fans because immediately after TPF, Esther promised to storm music industry in high gear but it wasn't till lately. With her great voice you can expect a lot from her. David Lutalo - It is as if he has been around fir quite sometime but he just came on the scene last year. That shows how talented the youngster is. His song Kapapala was nominated for song of the year award but it lost out to Nakudatta. Wafagiyo - You got to bow down for these three stunning gals. The birth of Wafagiyo practically means girl groups Blu3, Obsessions will be forgotten. By the way another gal group, Dream Galz has already crumbled. Remember Dream Galz used to be managed by Emma Mulondo at one time. And he is the owner of Wafagiyo. Their debut Mukidongo is mega. No wonder the Gals (Esther, Deyna and Jackie) have already landed lucrative deals with link, Chi and Password bars. Chilli Galz - Well this is another new singing group but not as great as Wafagiyo. They are born and will certainly rule for sometime. They have three singles of which one is Omulungi Yoono and they were at their creative best in the hot thrilling song video that was shot in the hills of Lira. Toniks - Now this one! He is young and highly talented lad. Beera Nange, his last year debut hit was a massive hit, even getting him nominated for an award in the MAMAS. A section of people thought he was a one hit wonder but boo he returned with Nsubiiza another great piece from the young man. I don't think Michael Ross hasbeen sleeping of late. Aziz Azion - The former Jekaki band lead singer-now solo-promises a lot. He has taken other stars by storm and it is like he has been there for long. His debut song Nkumila Omukwano is big. All he now needs is a follow up hit and women will all over him. GNL - The likes of Navio and Babaluku have for ages tried to push the hip hop system but it failed. But not any more with emergency of Earnest Zamba aka GNL. GNL is Uganda's true king of hip hop. All artists are fighting to work with him on duets. He is outing song after song and Jesus, they are all hits. The likes of Navio, Weasel and Radio who've done collabos with him should count themselves lucky. Tuesday, March 31 2009

A source says that the Beera Nange star drills skinny Helen's station like a true champion after their lectures at 9:00pm. Helen and Toniks were sighted at Club Rouge's Renaissance party last Friday and if these two got a son, he would be a great musician. The affair has left one model Neola Kappa a computer Science student heart broken. Neola and Toniks have been dating since high school days but with Helen blowing Toniks off his feet, it is not the same for Neola anymore. Saturday, December 13 2008
He swung into action and kicked everything around him Uti style. If your remember the way Uti(Nigeria BBA3 Housemate) reacted after Lucille from Namibia had been evicted for the BBA3 house is exactly how he reacted. At some point he tried blocking the video but it was too late as it had already circulated. The MP believes music is the cause of moral degeneration and the root cause of cultural imperialism. The girl who Toniks co-featured with in his first hit Beera Nange was sent to the United States by her parents after the videos controversy. Read Also: Mimi, Uti Coming to Uganda
